Pastor

Dwayne is the lead pastor for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. The church is a member on the board of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director for Pastoral Care for the network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for training the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board Director's of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online articles and as a contributor to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Changing Lives with God's Ever-changing Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie and their three kids.
