Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Iceland's Reykjavik. She is a CrossFit pro-athlete. The owner is of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it also. Annie is the only woman ever to win twice in CrossFit Games. She was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and the 2014 edition. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter and also a CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity TV personality. Her fame was boosted by her being the first woman who taken home the two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012 The winner at the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017Annie has gained a lot of attention. Annie, along with the rest of her family, was raised to Reykjavik Iceland. As a exercising enthusiast since at an early age, Annie participated in numerous school competitions and was awarded numerous medals. The first time she participated was time in 2009 in CrossFit Games held in California, where she did well. Annie Thorisdottir is, in 2021, was aged 31. She's 5'7" tall, and weighs around 67 pounds. Annie began CrossFit at the age of 7 in California. Annie did very well in the initial races and placed in the top 10 out of 70. She did not take home a title and finished the tournament in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Under the coaching of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed 2nd in CrossFit Games and was awarded a Silver medal that same year. It was her second year of competition that she competed again in CrossFit Games. Due to her outstanding performance, she became the very first woman who won CrossFit Games. Annie, who had an outstanding performance in 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the very first woman to be crowned the winner of the two CrossFit Games. In 2014, she also received a gold medal. And in 2021, she was awarded with a bronze. Annie currently coaches and trains Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. Annie is an athlete on the rise who has been the face for many brands such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs, Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization and Sidekick Yerbae. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her own Youtube Channel where training videos along with travel vlogs, family and training videos are shared.
